Subscribe & never run out

Set up a 6 or 12 month subscription and your replacement kit arrives automatically before your filters need changing. No reminders, no late orders, no gap in filtration.

What each filter does

Polyspun Sediment Filter (5 micron)

Catches fine sediment, rust, and dirt — keeping your water clear and protecting the carbon block downstream from premature loading.

Carbon Block Filter (5 micron)

Removes chlorine, chemical tastes, and odours. The stage that makes the biggest difference to how your water tastes at every tap.

How often to replace

Replace every 6 months for best taste and performance. 12 months is the maximum recommended interval. In areas with higher chlorine or sediment loads, err toward the shorter cycle — the clearest signal is a return of chlorine taste or a drop in flow rate.

Frequently asked questions

Which kit do I need?

Check your system model — WH2-30 uses 10 inch jumbo cartridges, WH2-55 uses 20 inch jumbo cartridges. Select the matching size from the first dropdown, then choose Davey for premium certified filters or Waimana for reliable value performance.

What's the difference between Davey and Waimana?

Both kits include the same two-cartridge configuration for your system. The difference is the filter brand. Davey filters carry WaterMark and AS/NZS 4020 certification — we're Davey Master Dealers. Waimana is our value cartridge — solid quality at a lower price point. The right choice depends on your priorities and budget.

Will these fit my system?

Yes — the WH2-30 kit fits standard 10 inch jumbo housings (10" x 4.5") and the WH2-55 kit fits 20 inch jumbo housings (20" x 4.5"). These also suit equivalent Big Blue jumbo housings of the same size.

How often do I replace the filters?

Every 6 months for best taste and performance. 12 months is the maximum. If you notice chlorine taste returning or flow rate dropping, replace before your scheduled interval.

Are O-rings and lubricant included?

No — cartridges only. O-rings and lubricant are not included in this kit.

Can I replace the cartridges myself?

Yes — WH2 housings use a standard housing spanner. Shut off the water, unscrew the housing, swap the cartridge, and reinstall. No special tools needed beyond the spanner.

What warranty applies?

Filter cartridges are consumables and don't carry a standard product warranty. If you receive a cartridge that is visibly damaged or defective on arrival, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
