Trevoli UVComplete — Whole House UV Filtration System

Clean, filtered, UV-treated water at every tap — fully assembled, wall mount or freestanding.

The Trevoli UVComplete is an all-in-one whole-house UV water treatment system suited to medium to large homes. It filters sediment across two 20" Jumbo stages before treating the water with a 48W UV lamp — effective against 99.9% of bacteria and parasites. Designed for mains and rainwater supplies. Cost-effective, chemical-free disinfection with no change to water chemistry.

The system arrives fully assembled with the UV lamp, quartz sleeve, and pressure gauge pre-installed. It can be wall mounted or used freestanding with the included stand.

The system uses 25mm (1") BSP inlet and outlet connections. No other fittings are required — your plumber just needs to connect the inlet and outlet to your existing pipework.

A surge protector is strongly recommended to protect the UV controller from voltage spikes and power cuts. This option is available at checkout. Note: surge or power damage will affect the warranty outcome for the ballast and lamp.

Bore water quality varies significantly. We recommend testing your bore water before selecting a filtration system — get in touch and we'll help you choose the right configuration for your supply.

How It Works

Stage 1 — 20 Micron Jumbo Pleated Cartridge

Removes coarse sediment, silt, sand, algae, dirt, and rust from the incoming supply.

Stage 2 — 1 Micron Jumbo Polyspun Cartridge

Removes fine particles, preparing the water for UV treatment.

Stage 3 — 48W UV Disinfection

A 48W high-intensity UV lamp treats the water against 99.9% of bacteria and parasites — including E-coli and Salmonella. Chemical-free. No change to water chemistry.

Note: For best results, install the system after the water pump.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the right system for my home?

The UVComplete is suited to medium to large homes on rainwater, mains, bore, or surface water supplies. It handles up to 132 LPM at maximum flow, and 75 LPM at the council-recommended UV dose for drinking water treatment. If you're not sure whether it suits your property's demand, get in touch and we'll help you size it correctly.

What does the UV lamp treat?

The 48W UV lamp treats water against 99.9% of bacteria and parasites — including E-coli and Salmonella. It works without chemicals and does not change the taste, smell, or chemistry of your water.

Do I need a plumber to install it?

For most customers, yes — a licensed plumber is the safest path and protects your warranty on the plumbing side. The UVComplete arrives fully assembled with cartridges, UV lamp, and pressure gauge pre-installed. It uses 25mm (1") BSP inlet and outlet connections, and can be wall mounted or used freestanding with the included stand. If you're confident with household plumbing, the installation itself is straightforward. If you're not sure, get in touch and we'll help you decide.

What connection fittings will I need?

Just inlet and outlet connections to suit your existing pipework — 25mm (1") BSP. No other fittings are required. Your plumber will handle this as part of the installation.

What happens when the countdown timer reaches zero?

The controller sounds an audible alarm and the warning light activates — water flow is not shut off automatically. Replace the UV lamp promptly when alerted. Running the system past the lamp's service life means the water is no longer receiving UV treatment.

Do I need a surge protector?

We strongly recommend one. Voltage spikes and power cuts can damage the UV controller and lamp. Surge or power damage will affect the warranty outcome for the ballast and lamp. A surge protector is available as an add-on at checkout.

Can it be used freestanding or does it need to be wall mounted?

Both. The system comes with a stand for freestanding use and can also be wall mounted — whichever suits your installation space.

Is it suitable for bore water?

Bore water quality varies significantly. We recommend testing before installing. Get in touch and we'll help you choose the right configuration for your supply.

Do I need bypass valves?

Bypass valves aren't included and we don't stock them, but we strongly recommend your plumber fit them on either side of the system. They let you isolate the unit for servicing without cutting off your water supply. Any licensed plumber or plumbing merchant can supply and fit them.

How often do I service the system?

Replace the UV lamp and quartz sleeve annually — the countdown timer on the controller tracks this for you. Replace filter cartridges every 6–12 months depending on your water quality and usage.

What warranty does it come with?

3 years back to base on the system. Pro rata warranty on the UV lamp.
