Sediment and activated carbon pre-filter. Reduces chlorine, taste, and odour. Replace every 6 months — two included to cover the full year. |

0.01 micron ultra-filtration membrane. Blocks particles, bacteria, and cysts larger than 0.01 micron while retaining beneficial minerals. Replace every 12 months. |

1x UF303 TC Carbon Polish — Stage 3 |
Final activated carbon stage. Polishes the water and removes any remaining taste and odour before it reaches your tap. Replace every 12 months. |

Is this kit compatible with my system?
This kit is designed exclusively for the Hydrate Filters UFX3 underbench system. It is not compatible with other filter systems.
Why are there two PPC filters in the kit?
The Stage 1 PPC filter needs replacing every 6 months. The kit covers a full 12 months, so two are included — one for each 6-month change. The UF membrane and TC carbon polish filters last 12 months each, so only one of each is needed.
How do I know when to replace the filters?
Replace the Stage 1 PPC filter every 6 months. Replace the Stage 2 UF membrane and Stage 3 TC carbon polish filter every 12 months. If you notice a drop in flow rate or a return of chlorine taste before the scheduled interval, replace earlier.
Are filter changes difficult?
No — the UFX3 is designed for quick, tool-free filter changes. Follow the instructions in your UFX3 manual.
What warranty applies?
Filter cartridges are consumables and don't carry a standard product warranty. If you receive a cartridge that is visibly damaged or defective on arrival, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
