Clean, filtered drinking water from a dedicated tap — without filtering the whole house.
The Aquano Inline Under-Sink Tap & Filter Kit is a compact, point-of-use system for the kitchen. It installs under the sink, connects to the cold-water line, and delivers filtered water to its own dedicated drinking-water faucet.
It reduces chlorine, lead, bad tastes and odours, and filters down to 1 micron, using anti-bacterial filtration media that helps inhibit bacterial growth inside the cartridge. The quick-connect design makes it straightforward to install and easy to service.
The kit comes complete with everything you need: the inline filter cartridge, a dedicated faucet, a pressure limiting valve, mounting bracket, tubing, tee adaptor and fittings. Choose your faucet finish from the dropdown — Black, Brushed Gold, Brushed Stainless or Gunmetal.

How it works
Cold water is diverted from your existing supply through a tee adaptor and into the inline filter cartridge. The cartridge reduces chlorine, lead, bad tastes and odours, and captures particles down to 1 micron, while anti-bacterial media helps inhibit bacterial growth inside the cartridge. Filtered water is then delivered to the dedicated faucet. A pressure limiting valve helps keep incoming pressure within a safe range for the system.

Frequently asked questions
Is this kit right for my kitchen?
It's a point-of-use system — it filters water to one dedicated drinking tap, rather than treating every tap in the house. If you only want clean drinking water at the kitchen sink, it's a compact, cost-effective choice. If you want filtered water to every tap, a whole-house system is the better fit — get in touch and we'll help you compare.
What does it remove?
It reduces chlorine, lead, bad tastes and odours, and filters down to 1 micron.
Does it need a plumber to install?
Connection is via ¼" quick-connect fittings to the cold-water supply, and the kit comes with everything needed. For anyone confident with this style of plumbing, the install is straightforward. Fitting the faucet involves drilling a 15mm tap hole in the bench, which a plumber can handle quickly if you'd prefer.
Will it fit under my sink?
It's a compact under-sink kit designed to fit in the cabinet alongside your existing plumbing. If space is tight, measure the area under your sink and get in touch — we'll help you check.
Does it slow down the water flow?
The filtered tap runs at up to 1.9 LPM, which is plenty for filling a glass, kettle or jug. It's a dedicated drinking-water tap, so it doesn't affect the flow at your main kitchen tap.
How often do I replace the cartridge?
Typically every 6–12 months, depending on your water quality and how much you use. If you notice the flow dropping or taste returning, it's time for a fresh cartridge.
Which faucet finishes are available?
Four — Black, Brushed Gold, Brushed Stainless and Gunmetal. Choose your finish from the dropdown.
