Common questions
Can I send a photo through the contact form?
The form can't take attachments. Use the Email us a photo button, or email a photo to sales@filtrationstation.co.nz, and we'll match it for you.
Where are you based?
Our shop and warehouse are at 1D Sunshine Ave, Te Rapa, Hamilton. We ship across New Zealand, and you can click & collect from the shop, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.
How fast do you send orders?
Most orders are dispatched the same or next working day, Monday to Friday, with tracking. We ship anywhere in New Zealand.
How do I know which replacement cartridge fits?
Measure your old one: about 250 mm long is a 10", about 508 mm is a 20". Jumbo cartridges are about 114 mm wide. Or email us a photo and we'll match it.
