How to measure a cartridge

  1. 01
    Length, end to end

    About 250 mm is a 10" cartridge. About 508 mm is a 20".

  2. 02
    Width across the middle

    About 63 mm is Standard. About 115 mm is Jumbo.

  3. 03
    The ends

    Fittings on the ends instead of an open centre usually mean an inline or quick connect cartridge.

Which cartridge do I need?

Start with the size (10" or 20", standard or jumbo) and the brand of your system. Use our measuring guide, or email us a photo and we'll match it.

How often should I change my cartridges?

It depends on the cartridge type and your water. Our guide When to change your water filters explains each type.

How much is delivery and when will my order be sent?

Shipping depends on your order total and where you live. Orders up to $100 are $12.95 to the North Island or $14.95 to the South Island. Orders from $100 to $300 are $19.95 or $24.95, and orders over $300 are $29.95 or $39.95. Rural delivery is included. Most orders are dispatched same day or next day. See our shipping policy for details.

How does subscribe and save work?

Choose a 6- or 12-month subscription on eligible cartridges and save up to 15%. Your cartridges arrive when they're due.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Choose click & collect at checkout and pick up from our store at 1D Sunshine Ave, Te Rapa, Hamilton.
