Shipping Rates
Our shipping costs are based on your order value and delivery region.

$0 – $100 | $12.95 | $14.95
$100 – $300 | $19.95 | $24.95
$300+ | $29.95 | $39.95

All rates include standard and rural delivery.

Delivery Timeframes
We process orders Monday – Friday. Most orders are dispatched same day or next day.

Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain details of your purchase and an order number for your reference.
Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched same day or next day. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.

Shipping Restrictions
Delivery Areas: We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only.
PO Box Addresses: We deliver to PO Box addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@filtrationstation.co.nz. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) so we can assist you promptly.
Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during transit, please reach out to us at sales@filtrationstation.co.nz. We will work with the courier service to locate your order or provide a suitable resolution.
