Shipping Rates

Our shipping costs are based on your order value and delivery region.

$0 – $100	$9.95	$13.95
$100 – $300	$15.95	$19.95
$300+	$27.95	$34.95

All rates include standard and rural delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

We process orders Monday – Friday. Target delivery times are:

• North Island: 1–2 working days.
• South Island: 2–3 working days.
• Rural Addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days for rural delivery.

Order Processing

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain details of your purchase and an order number for your reference.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.

Shipping Restrictions

• Delivery Areas: We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only.
• PO Box Addresses: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@filtrationstation.co.nz. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) so we can assist you promptly.
• Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during transit, please reach out to us at sales@filtrationstation.co.nz. We will work with the courier service to locate your order or provide a suitable resolution.
