A nitrate reduction cartridge for a 10" housing, for a dedicated drinking water tap. It suits bore and rural supplies where a water test has shown nitrate.
It uses a macroporous resin that takes nitrate out of the water. It's made for low flow, so it's best on a drinking tap rather than a whole house. When it's spent, you can bring it back to almost new by soaking it in salty water for 15 minutes. How long it lasts depends on your nitrate levels, so get your water tested first.
