The Aquano PS1025S is a 25 micron polyspun sediment cartridge for 10" Standard housings. It filters dirt, rust, silt and sand, so it suits a first sediment stage ahead of a carbon cartridge.
Its graded density construction gives precise depth filtration, long life and high flow. It's rated at 35 L/min, and it measures 2.5" x 10". Use 6–12 months as a general guide, and change it sooner if the flow drops or the water looks dirty. On tank water, pair it with UV.
