The Waterline pressure reducing valve sits in the ¼" line before your under-sink filter, RO unit, fridge or coffee machine. It is factory set to 350 kPa (50 psi), so mains pressure spikes don't reach your equipment.
Our listing notes it also lets water hammer surges dissipate back through the line rather than trapping them, which helps protect filter housings. Both ends are ¼" push fit for standard filter tubing.
