Automatic pressure control for electric water pumps — plug in, connect to your pump, and the DSK controller takes care of the rest. The Trevoli DSK-1 controller maintains both pressure and flow automatically, controlling the operation of the pump without manual intervention.
Available in two start pressure options: 1.5 bar (DSK 1.5) for standard applications, and 2.2 bar (DSK 2.2) for systems that require higher start pressure. Both models use 25mm inlet/outlet connections and run on single-phase 220–240V.
Ideal for mains pressure boosting, household water supply, and boosting from above-ground water tanks.

How it works
The DSK controller is an intelligent mix of hydraulic and electronic engineering. It monitors pressure and flow in the system continuously. When pressure drops below the set start pressure — because a tap opens or an appliance draws water — the controller starts the pump. When flow stops, it shuts the pump off.
The LED indicators on the front panel show you at a glance whether the system is powered, the pump is running, or an alarm condition has been triggered. Run dry protection shuts the pump down automatically if water supply is interrupted, protecting the pump from damage.
Choosing between 1.5 bar and 2.2 bar depends on your system. The 1.5 bar start pressure suits most standard household applications. The 2.2 bar option is better suited to systems that operate at higher base pressures where a higher trigger point is needed.

Frequently asked questions
Which model do I need — DSK 1.5 or DSK 2.2?
The difference is the start pressure — the pressure at which the controller activates the pump. The DSK 1.5 starts the pump at 1.5 bar and suits most standard household water supply and boosting applications. The DSK 2.2 starts at 2.2 bar and is better suited to systems that operate at higher base pressures. If you're not sure which is right for your setup, get in touch before ordering.
What does start pressure mean?
Start pressure is the pressure level at which the controller triggers the pump to turn on. When system pressure drops below this point — because water is being drawn — the controller detects the drop and starts the pump. When demand stops and pressure recovers, it shuts the pump off.
What does run dry protection do?
Run dry protection detects when water supply to the pump has been interrupted and shuts the pump down automatically. Running a pump without water can cause rapid overheating and damage — the run dry protection prevents this.
What does IP65 mean?
IP65 is an ingress protection rating — it means the controller is fully protected against dust and against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for installation in outdoor pump sheds and similar environments.
Can I use this with any pump?
The DSK controller suits single-phase electric water pumps up to 10A. It's designed for mains pressure boosting, household water supply, and above-ground tank boosting applications. If you're unsure whether it's compatible with your specific pump, check the pump's amperage rating against the 10A maximum and get in touch if you need confirmation.
Does it need a plumber or electrician to install?
The DSK controller comes pre-wired with a 3-pin mains plug and 3-pin pump motor receiver, which simplifies installation. Connection to your pump motor and plumbing system should be done correctly to protect the controller and your warranty — if you're unsure, a qualified installer is the safest option.
What warranty does it come with?
1 year.
