What does the countdown timer do?

The T-Ballast controller tracks the service life of your UV lamp and triggers an audible alarm when replacement is due. UV lamps lose effectiveness over time even if they're still glowing — the alarm is your prompt to swap it out before treatment quality drops.

How often do I replace the UV lamp?

The UV lamp should be replaced every 12 months.

Are connection fittings included?

No. The unit has 25mm connections — you'll need to supply your own fittings to connect it to your pipework. Confirm your existing connection sizes before purchasing.

Do I need a plumber to install it?
