The Aquano CB20/05-CH is a 0.5 micron carbon block for 20" Jumbo housings. It's for reducing chloramines, chlorine, taste and odour, so it suits whole house systems on town water treated with chlorine or chloramine.
At 0.5 micron it's a very fine filter, so put a sediment cartridge ahead of it to stop it clogging early. Use 6–12 months as a general guide, and change it sooner if the flow drops or the chlorine taste comes back. It's an alternative to the Puretec CB95MP2-C.
