The Aquano GAC2010J is a granular activated carbon cartridge for 20" Jumbo housings. Aquano designed it to reduce chlorine, taste and odour, and it filters particles down to 10 micron, so it suits whole house systems on town water.
It's filled with coconut shell granulated carbon. It's rated at 40 L/min, with a capacity of 75,000 litres. Use 6–12 months as a general guide, and change it sooner if you use a lot of water, the flow drops or the chlorine taste comes back. It's the carbon stage in the Aquano Klarify M-320. It's an alternative to the Puretec GA05LD2-R.
