Common questions

How is the EVO2 different from the RainBank kits?

Davey's EVO2 puts the pump and RainBank switching device together in the top of the tank, where the RainBank kits use a wall mounted controller with a separate pump.

What happens when the tank is empty?

RainBank switches to mains water automatically when there's no rainwater, or if the power goes off, so the toilets and taps keep working.

How much water can it supply?

Up to 100 lpm maximum flow. Maximum pump pressure is 350 kPa.

Can I use it with bore or grey water?

No. RainBank isn't for bore water, dam water, grey water, storm water or recycled water systems.

What warranty does it have?

RainBank comes with a 3-year warranty. Replacement RainBank parts have a 1-year warranty.
