The DMfit CVA54BBP angle stop valve is a feed water adapter for a drinking water filter. It sits between your ½" BSP cold water supply and the tap's flexi-hose, so the cold tap works as normal and a ¼" push-in outlet feeds the filter. The blue handle shuts off water to the filter for cartridge changes.
DMfit makes its push-in fittings from acetal copolymer (POM) and lists FDA, WRAS and ANSI/NSF-51 and 61 approvals. Tube pushes in to connect and releases by holding back the collet, and fittings and tube can be reused.
