These are Davey's own replacement quartz sleeves for its UV units. The sleeve keeps the lamp dry while letting UV light through, so a cracked or cloudy sleeve should be replaced.
The dropdown lists each sleeve with the unit it fits: UV24SLEEVE to UV151SLEEVE for the UV series (O-ring included), EQS and ETT sleeves for Steriflo, ASC, SF, RCAN, HW, XL and ALX units, ERQS sleeves for SPV units, ER602974 to ER602976 for PRO units, and MC-HOSL (O-ring included) for Microlene MCS and MCXS. Replace the UV lamp yearly and check the sleeve each time.
