The Aquano CIM10J is a 10 micron carbon-impregnated pleated cartridge for 10" Jumbo housings, made for rainwater. It's for sediment, particles, bad taste and odour at a high flow rate, so it suits whole house systems on tank water.
It's rated at 60 L/min and it's washable. It's the cartridge Aquano uses in its Klarify R-110 and R-310 rainwater systems and the UV-310 range. On tank water, pair it with UV. Use 6–12 months as a general guide, and change it sooner if the flow drops or the taste comes back. It's an alternative to the Puretec DP10MP1 & ML10LD1-DP.
