What it removes

Filtered and UV-treated water at every tap

The UV-310I filters sediment, taste and odour, then treats the water with UV before it reaches your taps.

  • Sediment

Washable pleated cartridge that catches the larger sediment first, which protects the finer stages after it.

  • Fine sediment

Graded-depth poly spun cartridge that traps sand, dirt and fine sediment down to 1 micron.

  • Taste and odour

High-flow rainwater cartridge with carbon in the pleats. Reduces chlorine, bad taste and odour, and traps sediment.

  • UV disinfection

The UV stage treats bacteria including E. coli, plus Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts, with no chemicals added.

How it works

Three stages, then UV

Water passes through each filter stage in order, then the UV chamber, before it reaches every tap in the house.

Full product details

Read the full description

The Aquano Klarify UV-310 filters your water and then treats it with UV, for rainwater and rural supplies.

Water passes a washable pleated cartridge, a 1 micron polyspun cartridge and a carbon-impregnated pleated cartridge, all 10" jumbo, then a 46W UV chamber. It delivers 30 mJ/cm² at 70 L/min, with a maximum flow of 70 L/min. Ports are 1" BSP and the working pressure is 300–875 kPa. A countdown timer tracks lamp life and gives an audible and visible alarm when the lamp fails or is due.

Change the filter cartridges and the UV lamp every 12 months, and reset the ballast after a lamp change. It's covered by the Aquano Hassle Free Warranty.

We're NZ owned in Te Rapa, Hamilton. If it's not right, we'll put it right.
