What it removes

The UV-320C filters sediment, taste and odour, then treats the water with UV before it reaches your taps.

  • Sediment

    Washable pleated cartridge that catches the larger sediment first, which protects the finer stages after it.

  • Fine sediment

    Graded-depth poly spun cartridge that traps sand, dirt and fine sediment down to 1 micron.

  • Taste and odour

    High-flow rainwater cartridge with carbon in the pleats. Reduces chlorine, bad taste and odour, and traps sediment.

  • UV disinfection

    The UV stage treats bacteria including E. coli, plus Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts, with no chemicals added.

The Aquano Klarify UV-320C filters your water and then treats it with UV, for rainwater and rural supplies. The C version adds a lockable, tamper-resistant weather lid and weather covers for the filter housings, for outdoor sites.

Water passes a washable pleated cartridge, a 1 micron polyspun cartridge and a carbon-impregnated pleated cartridge, all 20" jumbo, then a 46W UV chamber. It delivers 30 mJ/cm² at 70 L/min, with a maximum flow of 120 L/min. Ports are 1" BSP and the working pressure is 300–875 kPa. A countdown timer tracks lamp life and gives an audible and visible alarm when the lamp fails or is due.

Change the filter cartridges and the UV lamp every 12 months, and reset the ballast after a lamp change. It's covered by the Aquano Hassle Free Warranty.
