How often to replace

Replace cartridges every 6–12 months depending on your water quality and usage. Tank water with higher sediment loads — common in summer or after heavy rain — will shorten cartridge life. The clearest sign is a drop in water pressure or flow rate.

The pleated cartridge (Stage 1) can be rinsed and reused between replacements to extend its life. When it no longer recovers after cleaning, replace it.

Which kit do I need?

Select your Clarity system model from the dropdown. The kit contains the correct cartridges for every stage in your system, in the right size. If you're not sure which model you have, check the label on your filter housing bracket or get in touch.

Can I replace the cartridges myself?

Yes — filter changes on the Clarity range use standard 10" or 20" jumbo housings with the included housing spanner. Shut off the water, unscrew the housing, swap the cartridge, and reinstall. No special tools needed.

Do all the cartridges need replacing at the same time?

We recommend replacing all cartridges at the same time so you're starting fresh across all stages. If one cartridge is clearly loading faster than the others — the pleated Stage 1 in particular — it can be cleaned and reused between full kit changes.

What warranty applies to the cartridges?

Filter cartridges are consumables and don't carry a standard product warranty. If you receive a cartridge that is visibly damaged or defective on arrival, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
